MEET

Heather Blankenship

Heather Blankenship is a real estate investor and entrepreneur. She primarily focuses on RV Parks, Mobile Home Parks and section 8 Multifamily properties. With nearly 11 years of experience as an investor and niche broker covering RV Parks and Mobile Home Parks, Heather has supported nearly $300M of transactions in the industry while owning and operating her own $30M portfolio. 

Since leaving her Managing Director role at a highly regarded brokerage, Heather has begun charting her own path as an educator in the RV Park Industry by way of HB Education, her company that supports new and established RV Park investors with the information and resources they need to succeed. Heather has expanded her investing footprint through Blank Capital, a fund designed to provide passive investors meaningful exposure to the enormous upside in the RV Park space.

Outside of her ambitious efforts as an investor and entrepreneur, Heather serves as a board member of ARVC (the National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds) and is President of the Tennessee Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds. Beyond her industry work, Heather holds free weekly events for her women’s group, The Intentional Woman, to support women on their path to financial freedom.

Sherry Koebler

VP of Acquisitions

Sherry Koebler leads the Acquisitions team at Blank Capital with nearly 30 years of experience in business development across a variety of industries. Most recently, Sherry served as a Business Development Specialist for Colliers International's Manufactured Housing & RV Group, a commercial real estate services organization with more than 400 offices globally.

In her time at Collier’s, Sherry served as Heather’s right hand as they supported over millions of dollars of RV and MHP transactions across the United States and Canada. 

Alongside her robust career as a corporate sales leader, Sherry brings nearly a decade of experience serving as the Chief Operating Officer for a $30M privately owned real estate portfolio that acquires and operates RV Parks, Mobile Home Parks, and Multifamily Properties.

Jeffrey Major

DIRECTOR

Jeff is responsible for the sourcing and underwriting of new investment opportunities.  Jeff is a founding principal of TwoArc Advisors LLC, a real estate advisory firm based in St. Augustine, FL that provides a range of services to commercial real estate investors and developers. 

Prior to joining the Blank Capital team and founding TwoArc Advisors, Jeff served as Director at Turnstone Group LLC, a real estate investment management company based in Atlanta, GA.

During his time at Turnstone, Jeff was directly involved in the investment of over $150MM of equity across multiple real estate property types including 7 RV resorts encompassing over 1,200 RV pads and 100 rental cabins. Jeff received a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a focus in Finance and Real Estate. In his free time, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, hanging out at the beach, and exploring local restaurants and breweries.

Daniel Miller

Investor Relations

Daniel Miller leads the Investor Relations team at Blank Capital to build trust and provide transparency to Blank’s capital partners. Serving as a Managing Partner of a digital marketing agency specializing in growing online education companies.

Danny became closely connected to Heather in their collaborative efforts to build HB Education, a business that has served thousands of members across a robust product suite of courses and communities for real estate investors. 

Danny manages relationships for nearly 20 active engagements regularly interfacing with founders and C-Suite executives. Prior to starting his business, Danny served as a consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP in a Trust and Transparency group following his graduation from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst with a degree in Operations and Information Management. Danny currently lives and works in Stamford, CT.

Jonathan Lang

Marketing

Jonathan Lang leads marketing efforts at Blank Capital to support the Acquisitions and Investor Relations teams. Actively serving as a Managing Partner for a digital marketing agency, Jonathan brings nearly 5 years of experience in advertising, lead generation, content writing to Blank.

Jonathan serves as the lead operator and strategist for HB Education where he has worked closely with Heather to support her mission of democratizing access to high value investment resources. 

Jonathan serves as a lead marketing strategist across nearly 20 active engagements where he leverages attribution analytics to appropriately allocate client’s ad spend. Jonathan held multiple Analytics Consulting roles at large defense companies where he leveraged his Operations degree from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst to drive budget efficiencies for the departments he served in. Jonathan currently lives and works in Boston, MA.
